Empowering our community through MMA & Jiu-Jitsu since 2008
Experience high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, and more at Cooper's MMA in Austin, TX. Since 2008, we've helped kids and adults of all experience levels build real skills, get stronger, and grow on and off the mat.

Cooper's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & MMA programs
We offer expert Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Boxing training for kids and adults of all experience levels. Starting at age 5, our programs build confidence, discipline, fitness, and practical self-defense skills in a supportive environment.
Grappling
Our Grappling program brings together the core principles of BJJ with a broader perspective on martial arts training and culture. Students learn practical self-defense, effective grappling techniques, and positional control while building discipline, confidence, and respect for others.
Training focuses on technique, leverage, and strategy rather than strength or size, making BJJ accessible and effective for practitioners of all backgrounds and experience levels. Through structured instruction, drilling, and live grappling, students develop both physical skill and mental resilience while becoming part of a supportive global BJJ community.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program introduces students to a well-rounded system of martial arts that combines striking, grappling, and practical self-defense. Students develop skills from disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, and wrestling while building strength, coordination, and discipline.

Striking
Our Striking program introduces students to the art of eight limbs—using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees to develop powerful striking skills and full-body conditioning. Training focuses on proper technique, discipline, and building confidence in a supportive environment where students of all levels can grow and improve.
- Powerful Striking Skills: Learn the fundamentals of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows while developing proper technique and balance.
- Strength & Conditioning: Muay Thai training builds endurance, strength, coordination, and overall fitness.
- Confidence & Discipline: Students develop focus, respect, and mental toughness through structured training and consistent practice.
